Founded in October 28, 2006, the Cebu Paranormal Society (CPS) is physically based in Cebu City, Philippines but extends its network through affiliations with other organizations and groups nationwide with members and friends consisting of everyday people from all walks of life who share a diverse interests in the world of Paranormal.

The CPS's exists to unite individuals and organizations who share the same interests in the paranormal, to reach out to the public and be a resource for paranormal services, to offer activities that develop latent human abilities, and to further paranormal research and awareness.
