I feel warm energy between my thighs or base chakra. What does it mean? I tried to search it on the internet but I couldn't find any information about it. Hayz....

How old are u James? because if you 30+ its usually normal for the kundalini to come up. Some people have back aches, some have anxieties or midlife crisis..depends how the base chakra has been taken cared of.

I'm 27 yrs young. hahahahahahahahaha....yeah, sometimes I can feel warm energy both thighs. Parang ako napapaso.....

Taking care of it is keeping it balanced. Exercise, blessing it, keeping a balanced diet, accepting self with full faith and trust.
