Welcome to Cebu Paranormal Society (CPS) Online Forum.  These forums are actually meant to be useful.  If this is your first visit to the forums, please read the Guidelines carefully.

f) If you are having a problem with the forums, please post them in Support Center. We cannot guarantee you a quick response, but our moderators/elite members will surely help you.

g) If you are having troubles locating a thread do not ask the forum moderators or administrators.  There are millions of messages (soon) in this forum; knowing where one is, is impossible.

h) If you have a specific question, please take a bit of time and read the descriptions for the other forums and post your question in the CORRECT or BEST SUITED place. Moderators and visitors only browse the topics that interest them and posting your question in the right place will help your question answered.

i) When posting or creating new topics, make sure that they are in the correct forum. Off topic posts are not allowed but not strictly prohibited. Should you have an urge to write an Off-topic post, precede it with an "OT:". Senseless and irrelevant posts are discouraged.

j) Make sure that the topic you are about to start have not been discussed yet. Please use the search feature first. Any redundant topics will be locked or deleted on sight.

k) Posts should be composed in such a manner that respects persons of all races, sex, religions, spirituality and cultures. No post may contain personal attacks, as they have no proper place in discussions. The purpose of this forum is to facilitate growth, co-existence, sharing, learning and not to belittle others.

l) If you receive a message saying you are banned, you can contact the moderators to question why.

Warning Management Level:
0=None, 1=Warned, 2=Moderated, 3=Muted. 4=Banned

m) If an ISP or a network system is banned from the forums; this includes their IP addresses. This means that even if you sign up with a different E-mail address, you will not be able to post if you connect to the internet using their service.

n) Moderators are those who have been supportive of the forums, and positively contributed in a variety of ways, whether it is being helpful answering questions or just simply bringing a few smiles to other members.

o) Moderators are anonymous due to the fact that they freely volunteer their time to the forum, and Cebu Paranormal Society and its affiliate believes that they should not have to deal with the potential headaches associated with the job while in their personal personas.

p) Sometimes a moderator will delete a thread, other times they will lock it, and leave it to delete later. Locked and left up usually means that we want other users to have a chance to view the thread to get an idea of what is/is not allowed.

A thread that is deleted immediately is either 1) because it is offensive, or 2) abused by the users.

q) No bashing, swearing, cursing on individuals.  Abusive users are warned and will be banned from these forums.  So please act maturely.

r) Interested individuals who wish to join as moderators are screened and it's up to the discretion of the Site Admin.

s) While every attempt is made to monitor the content of the forums, Cebu Paranormal Society cannot and does not guarantee the appropriateness and credibility of all the contents.
